Last week we headed to Central Virginia Community College, Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach and FabLab Baltimore at the Community College of Baltimore County for a series of 3D Printing and Certification Seminars.

Attendees heard from industry experts about a wide variety of 3D printing applications, materials and technologies for K-12, community college, and university. We also discussed how local industries are using 3D printing and their expectations for job applicants entering the field.

One of the key focuses in our seminars was the new Stratasys Additive Manufacturing Certification Program and what it means for workforce development.

As a certified institution, you can offer a professional proficiency credential in additive manufacturing technologies, industries and applications, FDM and PolyJet materials, key technology specifications, design considerations from CAD to CAM, fabrication considerations and post-processing methods. If you want to learn more about how to become an approved certification institution, contact us.

Here are some photos from the events!
