Here at Amtek we are continually dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the best training possible when they invest in our technologies.
That’s why we recently sponsored a FANUC robotics training at West Virginia University – Parkersburg for several customers who had already completed a full FANUC certified training at FANUC headquarters. While their initial training helped to get them up and running with their robots, this training aimed to help answer any remaining questions they had and focus specifically on their unique needs.
Our two-day training was led by Paul D Camp Community College’s David Lorenz.
We spent much of the time addressing specific areas attendees wanted to learn more about, like backup of the controller, mastering the robot, frames, the coordinate system, and more. We also discussed how to best deliver the curriculum from the FANUC manual in an education environment.
Here are some photos from the event:
While this training in particular was for WVU-P instructors as well as instructors from high schools / tech centers around West Virginia who already own FANUC robots, we are always willing to offer additional training to our other customers as well. Don’t hesitate to drop us a line if this is something you’d be interested in too.
