Grant Funding for Educators in 2024

Grant opportunities for educators can vary widely depending on factors such as location, subject area, grade level, and educational goals. Some of the best sources of grant funding for educators in 2024 will come from:

  1. Government Grants: Local, state, and federal government agencies offer grants that may be focused on areas such as professional development, curriculum development, technology integration, or specific educational initiatives.
  2. Nonprofit Organizations: Many nonprofit organizations, especially those related to education, teaching, specific subject areas, or special populations of students that may offer grant programs are a great resource.
  3. Foundations: Many private foundations that support education-related causes offer grant funding for innovative educational projects, professional development, classroom resources, and more.

While we understand many of our education customers can find out about funding opportunities through professional associations, networking, or online grant databases, we also understand that the wealth of information related to grant funding is enormous. Navigating the array of options can feel overwhelming.

Every year we publish a grant guide that explores a variety of grant opportunities organized by deadline, dollar amount, subject area and eligibility requirements — all in the hopes to help you keep everything straight as you make funding plans for the next few years.

Amtek Company’s 2024 Grant Guide outlines 28 opportunities available nationally while others have specific geographic restrictions within:

  • Maryland
  • Delaware
  • Virginia
  • West Virginia
  • Washington, D.C.

You can read about all of these funding opportunities here.
