Everything You Need to Know about SOLIDWORKS Visualize

SOLIDWORKS Visualize is essentially the “camera” for your CAD data. It combines best-in-class rendering technologies with ease of use to provide unsurpassed intuitive workflows, rich visuals, animations, and interactive content to help students present what concept products will look like in the real world.

It’s a fun easy way for designers, engineers, marketers, and other content creators to create visual content. In education it can be used to visualize product concepts, art designs, architecture plans, marketing presentations, video game designs, or any other creative endeavor students are involved with. Students can quickly and easily create professional, photo-quality images, animations, and other interactive 3D content.

Students will take these skills into the workplace, where they will be expected to collaborate with others, drive innovation and make faster 3D design and business decisions.

The software is provided in two different versions: SOLIDWORKS Visualize Standard and SOLIDWORKS Visualize Professional. Here’s a list of the difference in features between the two. The good news is the 2018-2019 SOLIDWORKS Student Edition includes SOLIDWORKS Visualize Professional.
