Form 4 is validated to print 23 performance materials from Formlabs’ materials library, including six brand-new resins with improved speed, toughness, accuracy, and appearance: General Purpose Resins V5 (Clear, Grey, Black, White) print two to five times faster than Form 3 with improved toughness and color.

Form Wash

Form Wash automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents. Keep parts directly on the Build Platform as you transition them from the printer to Form Wash, or remove parts and place them in the wash basket. Parts are precisely and thoroughly agitated in solvent with an impeller, getting every nook and cranny perfectly clean, automatically for the appropriate time. When washing completes, the Form Wash automatically raises parts out of the IPA so they can air dry.

Post-curing maximizes material properties for stereolithography prints, improving parts’ strength and performance. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is necessary to achieve the safety standards determined by regulatory agencies. Form Cure precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to consistently post-cure prints.

Form Wash L

All SLA 3D printed parts require washing to remove residual resin. Form Wash L automates this process, leaving you with smooth, clean, high-quality parts every time.
Once washing completes, parts are lifted out of the solvent to air dry, avoiding over-soaked, warped prints. The embedded solvent monitor helps you maintain peak cleaning performance by notifying you when it’s time to replace your solvent.

Post-curing SLA 3D printed parts helps them reach their maximum mechanical properties and achieve peak dimensional accuracy.
Form Cure L uses two 500W heaters and high-powered UV lights alongside a reflective inner cavity and rotating turntable to provide a consistent, high-intensity cure.

Fuse Sift

The Fuse Sift is a safe, efficient powder recovery system for the Fuse 1 generation printers. This easy-to-use, all-in-one station combines part extraction, powder recovery, storage, and mixing in a single free-standing device, for the most functionality in a single device available on the SLS market.
Compact, enclosed system: A negative air pressure system keeps powder inside while enabling open access and easy cleanup. With the optional Fuse Sift Glovebox Panel, you can completely contain powder and enable faster parts extraction.
Low waste: A 30% material refresh rate means you can print with up to 70% recycled powder, indefinitely. Fuse Sift’s sieve filters out particles to be remixed with new powder and reused in future prints.
Automatic powder mixing: Fuse Sift will dispense and mix used and new powder automatically so you can reduce waste and control your powder supply.
