Application Process
To apply, you have to log in, enter your IRS tax ID, and fill out an eligibility quiz to prove you meet the eligibility requirements. The application has you fill out:

  • Organization Information
  • Contact Information
  • Project Information:
    • Fully describe the project, including strategies and activities
    • What challenge or opportunity the program addresses
    • Why the project addresses that challenge or opportunity
    • Outcomes – what you will measure and how
    • The implementation plan, including a timeframe for each phase
    • How the project will be sustained
  • A section for required and optional attachments

Your application is assigned to a program officer, and you should receive a response within 60 days.
