Similarly, Phoenix Academy in Anne Arundel County, Maryland developed a barbering lab designed to replicate the experience of working in a professional barbershop. Despite building limitations that prevented the installation of permanent plumbing, the lab incorporates portable wash stations that allow the program to operate effectively without major construction. This creative solution allowed the school to build a professional training environment while staying within budget constraints.
