How to Create Customized Notepads Using CTE Equipment

We’ve talked before about creating personalized student Chromebooks and iPads with your classroom CTE equipment, but what about just regular notebooks?

In the same vein as personalized tablets, it can be pricey to outsource school-branded notepads, notebooks, sketchbooks, organizers and other personal stationery / journals. Why not buy inexpensive notebooks in bulk for your business / marketing or graphic communications students to design and customize?

Here are some printed notepad examples that show the kinds of personalized notepad graphics that your students can create with Roland VersaUV flatbed printers.

From desktop and benchtop-sized VersaUV LEF flatbed printers to large-format flatbed printers, Roland offers full-color, direct printing onto thousands of notebooks, notepads and sketchpad products. You can also select from White Ink and other ink options to customize items with dark covers.

The above images shows how Gloss Ink effects provide sophisticated print finishes to notepads — from realistic texture to jewel graphics that look like you can pluck them from the cover. These VersaUV personalization options quite literally stand-out. These effects are especially impressive on yearbook covers!
