The Virginia CTE Competitive Innovative Program Equipment Grants were announced and the deadline to apply is February 1, 2023.

Each grant is $37,000 and the goal is to upgrade / add equipment to your CTE programs that give students classroom experiences that translate to the 21st century workforce

Clarkson College Develops Unique 3D Printing Education Program Powered by Stratasys Digital Anatomy Technology

Developed in partnership with Amatrol and CESMII, the new Smart Manufacturing Learning System covers smart manufacturing techniques and technologies, from basic to advanced.

It uses wired and wireless sensors, OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) and MQ Telemetry Transport (MQTT), a PLC, several types of edge gateways, and a variety of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure and applications that facilitate both OT and IT-centric use case development and training.
