Missing Link movie

3D Printing Transforms Stop-Motion Animation in “Missing Link” Movie

Starring Zach Galifianakis, Hugh Jackman, and Zoe Saldana, the film "Missing Link" uses old school techniques like stop motion animation and CG effects as well as 21st century 3D processing to tell it's story.

 

The film used Stratasys PolyJet technology to develop animated characters with rich colors, textures, and facial expressions.

FANUC Robotics Training for West Virginia Educators

We recently sponsored a FANUC Robotics Training at West Virginia University - Parkersburg for several customers who had already completed a full certified training at FANUC HQ.

 

While their initial training helped to get them up and running with their robots, this training aimed to help answer any remaining questions they had and focus specifically on their unique needs.

Professional Development: Educators Get Hands-On with New 3D Printer

We got together with Virginia educators at Roanoke County Public Schools and Norfolk Technical Center to create lesson plans (in teams) and get hands-on experience with the new MakerBot Method 3D printer.
