AugmentedArc® Augmented Reality Welding System Now Integrated with NCCER Exercises!

Integrating a Miller® AugmentedArc® Augmented Reality Welding System into your classroom can account for major cost and time savings, driving down welding-related expenses. On average, instructors are saving up to 60% on consumables and seeing a reduction of up to 65% in training time per semester by using a combination of AugmentedArc and traditional welding training.

Miller also recently collaborated with NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research), and their AugmentedArc Systems are now integrated with NCCER exercises for welding levels 1-2 curriculum, which correlate to the AWS SENSE standards and guidelines.

The new range from Matrix for teaching structures, covers the seven most commonly taught principles of structures across educational facilities worldwide, teaching mechanical engineering. There are seven kits available in the range teaching:

• Shear Force

• Reactions of a simply supported beam

• Deflection of Beams

• Pin Jointed Frameworks
