TECHNICAL TRAINING REPORT

Welcome back to another academic year!

This time of year, I’m often asked about how to grow technical programs or build entirely new programs of study.

The one constant for any program – be it mechatronics, HVAC or cosmetology – is the ability to envision what success looks like and examine carefully how your investments will map to that success.

Too often I see schools pick up the latest fad technology without fully understanding how it will have a meaningful impact on the school and student success. As you head into the fall, consider the objectives of your program and think critically about what you will need to achieve them.

Read on for more advice and to learn about what we’ve been up to here at Amtek Company.

And feel free to reach out and let me know what’s new in your world.

I’d love hear from you.
