Downsized 3-Way Plug Valve Cutaway

Model Number: 261D

A realistic sectioned valve sample for hands-on classroom training in industrial 3-way plug valve design, construction, and maintenance.

Overview

DAC Worldwide’s Downsized 3-Way Plug Valve Cutaway (261D) is an economical, yet realistic, sectioned specialty valve sample that allows for convenient classroom training in the design, construction, and maintenance of industrial, quarter-turn, 3-way plug valves. 3-way plug valves, through their unique multi-port design are ideal for applications where shifting of flow direction is required.

Through carefully-planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve, including tapered plug and flow paths, are exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for hands-on disassembly and training in basic maintenance. This economical, tabletop sample supports training in a variety of process-related industries.
